·         Do the Shipping Charges vary on the number of items purchased/weight of the order?

We charge flat ₹50 for shipping per Order.

·         How long will it take for my order to reach me?

After placing the order with us, we process and ship order within 48-72 business hours of ordering the product. Depending on your location in India, you will receive your package within 4-6 business days. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on the accessibility of your location.

·         What delivery methods do you use?

We use leading courier companies such as BlueDart, Delivery, and FeDEx for shipment in India. You may also choose delivery partner at the time of checkout but for that extra charges would be applicable.

TAMPERED DELIVERY OR NON-DELIVERY ISSUES

Desiy mien uses third party courier services for logistics of orders’ parcels. These courier companies work independently and we do not have any direct control over working or policies of the courier companies. 

COD Fee and Shipping Charges are different and charged separately as per applicability. In case of return order, any COD fess or shipping charges paid for the Order are non-refundable.

Customers have to follow below mentioned guidelines before we shall be held liable for any loss in unfortunate cases, wherein courier services refuse to accept customer’s claim of wrong or tampered delivery or non-delivery of parcels,

Don’t accept the shipment or the package if you notice that the package is in opened or tampered condition. Immediately inform our customer care team via phone at +91-8928240673 with images or video of the package.

Even if package is intact, Customer ought to video-record the act of opening the received parcel as proof of any unforeseen and unfortunate case of receiving wrong or missing products inside parcels.

, Customer have to raise the issue Within 48 hours of delivery message wherein the courier company shows parcel is delivered and customer denies receiving the parcel. After receiving Proof of Delivery (POD) from the courier company we will share it with the customer.

Even after sharing POD, if customer refuses to accept the authenticity of the shared POD, we can ONLY assist the customer in raising the concern with the concerned courier company. We would re-fulfil the order ONLY when courier company confirms that indeed parcel is lost and not delivered.
